Hermes

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the private Hermes integration accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes Google user data.

Scope

Hermes is a private, single-user personal-assistant integration. It is operated only for its owner and has no public registration, customer accounts, or third-party users.

Google user data accessed

  • Google Drive file and folder metadata and content needed for owner-approved operations.
  • Google Docs document content needed for owner-approved reading or editing.
  • Google Sheets spreadsheet content needed for owner-approved reading or editing.

Hermes does not request Gmail access through this integration. Google Calendar is not part of the current authorization.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to perform operations requested or authorized by the owner. This includes maintaining and verifying a recovery-documentation mirror and completing specific Drive, Docs, or Sheets tasks.

Processing and sharing

The operator does not sell Google user data or intentionally disclose it for advertising or unrelated independent purposes. Google user data can be transmitted to infrastructure or artificial-intelligence service providers only when necessary to perform an owner-requested operation. These providers process the data under their applicable service terms.

Storage and security

Authorization credentials and authorized working data are stored in access-controlled systems used to operate Hermes. Access is restricted to the owner and the private integration. Reasonable technical controls are used to protect credentials and data from unauthorized access.

Retention and deletion

Credentials are retained until they are revoked, replaced, or no longer required. Google user data is retained only for the period needed for the owner-approved purpose or according to the owner’s storage and recovery configuration. Temporary verification copies are removed when they are no longer needed.

Owner controls

The owner can revoke Google access through Google Account security settings. The owner can also request deletion of retained working data or discontinue the integration.

Policy changes and contact

This policy will be updated if the integration’s Google data access or processing practices materially change. Privacy questions can be sent through the user-support contact displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.
